Happy birthday TGIF!!!

Hello my stampin’ friends! Today we are celebrating TGIF Challenges 1st birthday! Isn’t that such an exciting milestone!
So Happy Birthday to you!
Wishing you many more years of fun and creativity together!
This card features the departing In Colors Lost Lagoon and Hello Honey. They have been so much fun to work with the last 2 years and I know we will all miss them. We will also be saying goodbye to this very fun bird punch. I have loved this punch and will probably hold onto mine for personal use!!

Global Inspiration

Happy Sunday friends. I hope that you are having a wonderful day in worship, with family and getting rested up for the week ahead!
There was a fantastic inspiration challenge this week at SSInk and I couldn’t wait to play along.
And here is my card:
 A vintage yet masculine card

These papers and coordinating stamp set lend themselves to the inspiration given for this week. I love these vintage colors used in a masculine way.
These products are still available but only for a limited time! Shop my online store 24/7 and don’t miss out on these fantastic options for the guys in your life.

Royal Butterflies

Hello friends! I am so excited to have a card to share with you today! I have not been blogging nearly enough these past few weeks!
This week at Stampin’ Royalty the challenge is to make something with butterflies.
I love the butterfly thinlit and think it makes a good project great! I love the way they can be layered. The gold really compliments this mint and pink in this project.
This was just one of the projects the attendees created at my Sale-A-Bration Celebration last night. We had so much fun together playing silly games, stamping and eating yummy treats!

ICS iambringingbirthdayback

Hello hoppers! I am so glad to have you here! Thanks for hopping along with us at
Inspire, Create, Share.

This month we are celebrating birthdays! A few month’s ago, a Stampin’ Up! employee from the home office named Shannon West decided that she wanted to start sending hand stamped cards in the mail so she did a Facebook shout out for anyone and everyone who wanted to receive a card. As you can imagine, the response was overwhelming and a movement began. The #hashtag
#iambringingbirthdaysback went viral and many demonstrators around the globe have joined in!
I love sending cards in the mail so of course I jumped in as well!
This card was featured at a recent technique class that I host monthly. The technique is called the Spotlight Technique and I am sure you can see why. It is actually quite easy and can work with almost any line image. The possibilities are endless!
Now it’s is time to hop on over to my friend Darla’s blog and see what she has created for us! I am sure you are going to love it!

TGIF49 April Color Challenge

Happy Monday stampers! I hope you had a great weekend! We had such beautiful weather here and spring is on it’s way.
This week over at TGIF Challenges there is a great color challenge.
Here is my card
I love these colors together! They are gorgeous and I cannot wait to share this card at this month’s Quick and Easy card class on April 11th. The notecards and matching envelops make this a snap.

Wonderful Words Challenge

Happy Weekend everyone! I am excited for the gorgeous spring weather we are having here today. It is time to break out the BBQ!
This week over at Stampin’ Royalty the challenge is to create a project where the words or sentiment are the main focus.
Here is what I came up with!

I love the idea of different words being the layer on this cake. It really makes for a fun and unique birthday card. Of course I wanted to use the 2014-2016 In Colors since they will be leaving us soon. I sure am going to miss Blackberry Bliss!

Mystery Challenge by SSInk

Hello fellow stampers! Glad to see you! Today I am sharing with you my card to play along with the monthly Mystery Challenge over at SSInk.

And here is my card:
I have used 4 of the 6 elements suggested this month. My card is 1 layer, is ombre with the 3 different colors of ink, uses the Bermuda Bay bakers twine and the sentiment is heat embossed. I really love mystery challenges because it has you trying so many things all at once.

Hey stampin’ friends! So glad you came by today. I am playing along once again with Stampin’ Royalty and this week is the color challenge.
Aren’t these great colors! Here is my card

The lighting at this time of day is wonky, sorry about that. I am really working on creating cards that are quick and easy and I think this one fits the bill just right! It will be one of the cards used in my Q&E class next month!

March D’s Stampin’ Team USA Blog Hop

Hello everyone and welcome to this month’s blog hop with D’s Stampin’ Team USA. I am honored to be a guest hopper again this month.
We are focusing on birthdays and I love making cards for birthdays. Everyone loves getting happy mail and not bills on their special day! However, sometimes making a masculine card can be a challenge. With the fantastic images from the set Guy Greetings this is no longer a problem for me!
This layout is quick and easy using the Typeset designer series paper and the gold button adds a touch of sophistication without being girly.
Thank you so much for hopping with us! Now it is time to see what
my very BFF Nichole has in store for us!
