ICS Blog Hop It’s a Love Thing

Hello Everyone and welcome to another Inspire, Create, Share blog hop. This month we are celebrating love!

My card was created for a friends winter wedding last month. I was inspired by the wedding colors and the snow effects were used to match the decor she chose for her special day.

The inside of the card.

I absolutely love this Bloomin’ Heart Thinlit. I can be used for so many occasions! I think that using a layer of Glimmer Paper really gave this project bling and the bride for the wedding LOVES bling. The sentiments are from the Rose Wonder stamp set, which is one of my favorites from the Occasions catalog. I find it so versatile.

I am so glad that you stopped by today.  You can subscribe to my blog on the right and never miss another post. I love blog love in the form of a comment, so please let me know what you think of this project!

ICS Blog Hop – Introducing the Holiday Catalog!

Hello Hoppers and welcome to the September edition of the Inspire, Create, Share Blog Hop. You may have hopped here from Amanda’s Blog or this could be your first stop. Either way, I am so glad to have you here.

Today we are showcasing our favorite products from the just released 2015 Holiday Catalog by Stampin’ Up! This year’s catalog is packed with so many amazing products – I want them all! If you don’t have a catalog yet and would like me to mail you one, just let me know!

One of my favorite bundles is the Jingle All the Way stamp set and matching Sleigh Ride Edgelits Dies. As soon as I saw it during the unveiling at Stampin’ Up! North American Convention in July, I knew it would be one of the first things I purchased.

This stamp set includes 13 stamps and 3 coordinating edgelits so that you are able to make a variety of scenes on your cards, scrapbooks pages or projects. Once cut, the edgelits can be flipped over to be used in reverse and adds even more versatility to the set. I cannot wait to share some of the other ways I have been using this set with you in the coming weeks and months. It is a stand out for sure! Using the 4 different colors of cardstock for this card gave the project depth and dimension and I think really helps set the scene. I love the glitter effect for snow using the Dazzling Details underneath the sleigh.  You can find all of the supplies used for my card at the bottom of this post and you can purchase all of them at my online store.

Now, it’s time to hop on over to Deb’s Blog and see her fantastic project!

Masculine birthday cards can be so hard to design but I think this card turned out to be a winner. With the blues of the color choices and the clean layout and design this is a card that could be given to any man in your life.
All products for the project are listed below and you can shop my store 24/7 to purchase any that you need!

Red, White and Blue!

It’s time for another Inspire, Create and Share Blog Hop! Welcome to my blog in the hop. You may have just arrived here from Joni’s blog. Didn’t you just love her card!!!! This month, in honor of our nation’s birthday AND the new 2014-2015 Stampin’ Up! Catalog our theme is red, white and blue….with something NEW! So, here is my creation!

The inspiration for the card came from other crafty friends on Facebook and I knew that I had to use this idea for this month’s card! The colors I chose were Night of Navy, Real Red and Whisper White. I used two new sets for this design. The flag image is using stamps from the Work of Art set and the sentiment is the new Watercolor Thank You single stamp. It is very hard to see in this photo but the sentiment is embossed with iridescent ice embossing powder. I love that our regular inks have enough juice to emboss with. To finish this card off I added a few rhinestones in place of the stars.

The list of all hoppers can be found here, in case you got lost along the way!
